Dentist Compensation and Benefits include:
- Competitive Base Salary of up to $200,000.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
- Multi-faceted compensation plan with competitive base salary, Commission Structure, and sign-on bonus.
- 25% - 35% Commission Structure - $5,000 to $10,000 Sign on Bonus - Ownership opportunity with annual shares allocation.
