Registered Nurse (RN) Rapid Response Team Full Time Days

Responsibilities Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care.
Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
Provides professional nursing care to patients and families in an acute clinical care environment, guided in accordance with the ANA's Standards of Professional Practice.
Responsible for the performance of diversified nursing functions in emergency or other unpredictable situations requiring additional nursing care in addition to the basic Registered Professional Nurse job description.
Answers rapid responses as well as emergent situations as appropriate throughout the institution.
Manages patients requiring extensive, invasive interventions and assists with emergent respiratory support.
Works independently and gives direction to other members of the health care team.
In conjunction with the duties of the critical care staff nurse, will also perform duties of the critical care resource nurse.
Other duties and competencies as assigned.
