General Services Corporation (GSC) is looking for experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians!As a Service Technician you will be completing service requests in a timely and proficient manner and providing excellent customer service to our residents.
Youll be repairing and/or installing all appliance and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.

RequirementsOne year of janitorial and/or grounds experience is preferred.
Overall responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.
