We are growing and looking forward to adding an enthusiastic team member for the position of Financial Analyst I in our Bradenton, FL location.
Job Duties:
Review, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned for multiple locations Prepare monthly sales tax returns for multiple locations Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation Assist with overseeing, auditing, and reconciling month-end inventories Run inventory reports as directed Maintain vehicle schedule and registrations for Company Fleet Work side-by-side with Controller on month-end and year-end closing process Prepare bank reconciliations and perform other banking responsibilities Create and manage internal spreadsheets that provide analysis on Company performance Other duties as requested Required Skills:
Has college degree in related field (Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, etc.
) Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals Recent GL Accounting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously as well as meeting reporting deadlines Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to create and manage spreadsheets Ability to multi-task Willingness to learn and effectively utilize industry-specific tire/accounting software used for company operations Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with both corporate office staff and multi-location staff
