Responsibilities will include greeting patients, managing incoming communication, and working with the clinical team.

Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Experience in a medical or dental office (Highly Preferred) Front Desk experience Communication Skills Computer Skills (Excel, Word) Medical or Dental Experience a plus but not required Job Responsibilities Managing, tracking and prioritizing initial contacts Setting patient expectations of upcoming appointments Gathering and verifying required medical records and demographics from patients and medical providers Greeting, dismissing and assisting patients Coordinating patient intake information Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Collecting patient payments Posting credits and payments to appropriate ledgers Managing incoming communications Working with the clinical team to coordinate care Maintaining a professional reception area Compensation:
