We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, customer service associate to join our enthusiastic and growing team! Position Responsibilitieso Handle domestic and foreign customer purchase orders from entry to invoicing in Netsuite (ERP system) and coordinate with the factory and warehouse to ensure timely deliverieso Work with the sales team to set up new customer accounts and bring them on boardo Effectively and politely resolve customer questions and inquiries via phone calls and emailso Stay on top of open customer issues and ensure resolutiono Manage customer receivables and follow up when past dueo Maintain database, generate reports, track orders and follow up with calls/emailso Provide inputs on ways to improve the customer experience and support requirementso Learn about the company's products, applications and troubleshooting to assist customers and end users as requiredo Collaborate with vendors, freight companies, product management, sales and other colleagues to provide rapid and accurate responseso Learn the warehouse operations and layout; Backup or assist with shipping and receiving, inventory counts, or other tasks as needed Requirementso 2-3 years experience in customer service, import/export, sales support, or purchasingo Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or relevant fieldo Experience working with computers, MS Office, and ERP softwareo Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an upbeat, can-do attitudeo Detail-oriented, organized, and outgoing personality with desire to provide outstanding customer supporto Keep attention to detail and ability to identify errorso Ability to anticipate, prioritize and plan in a fast pace working environmento Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levelso Ethical conduct and maintenance of confidentialityo Self-motivated and organized character with ability to multi-task and think proactivelyo Written and spoken Spanish proficiency an added bonusPosition type:
Full time - Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pmOffice-based with some flexibility as neededStarting Salary:
