Administrative Assistant Lakewood Ranch

Resource Property Management has an opening for a part-time on-site administrative assistant in the Lakewood Ranch, FL area.
20-24 hours a week.
Prefer property management or other related administrative experience.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma (HS) or general education degree (GED).
Experience:
Prefer property management or other related administrative experience.
High level of proficiency in answering a multi line telephone system and Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn other programs.

Core Duties, Responsibilities and Essential Functions oProvide excellent customer service to board members, owners/residents courteously, timely and efficiently.
oReturn all calls and emails within 24 hours.
oResolve problems within the bounds of your authority to ensure customer satisfaction or function as gatekeeper and route call to appropriate party at RPM.
oReport emergencies to Association Manager or RPM Executive Team Member immediately.

oUtilize One Source for management of the community.
oScan/email all invoices (in black & white) to the A/P department on/by 1st day of the check run.
oAssist Manager with timely preparation of board and meeting packets.
oMail, email or upload monthly financial reports to the board within 24 hours of receipt.
oProcess sales and lease applications, etc.
oProcess Associations mail-outs.
oContact vendors as needed to make necessary repairs as per manager's direction.
oInspect property, if necessary, in the absence of Manger or maintenance staff.
oKeep manager informed of all issues.
oPost meeting notices.
oSpecial projects or other duties that may arise from time to time.
Working conditions and Physical requirements oMust be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, while providing exemplary customer service.
oAbility to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully with RPM's internal procedures and policies as well as all related employee handbooks and training/safety manuals.
oMaintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with RPM policies & practices.
oLift and carry up to 20 pounds oMust be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone.
