Primary responsibilities include handling customer phone calls, scheduling, applying for permits and creating a positive customer experience, etc.
Must have great phone skills, excellent customer service skills, be organized and able to multi-task efficiently.
Need to be be able to learn the areas of Manatee County for proper call routing.
Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and able to learn our service & dispatch software ServiceTitan.
Office experience required.
