00 pm) Work in Collaboration with Assigned Leadership and Teams to Identify And Nurture Potential Referral Sources and Other Health-Related Groups Promote the Home Health Mission and Core Values in Settings Such as Assisted Living Facilities or Physician Offices in a Competitive Area Serve as a Speaker to Help Educate Referral Sources about Home Health Services Collaborate With Multiple Teams to Ensure Customer Needs Are Being Met Outgoing Personality with Excellent Communication Skills Service Area - Manatee County Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree- Preferred 3-5 Year of Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care or Medical Marketing Experience-Preferred Job Type:
