Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Assist with billing, and invoicing - Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry -Updating customers on technicians' location -Schedule maintenance appointments for technicians -Keep Facebook marketing Adds up to date (1 post a week)
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hours are M-F FROM 12:
