The schedule is flexible and there won't be any weekend hours required.
This will be mostly office work, but there will be some remote opportunities.
We're looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and has previous customer service experience.
You will also need a knowledge of computers.
Bonus if you have experience working for a furniture company or working with Shopify / Etsy.
Daily tasks for this position will include:
Responding to customer emails and sending updates to customers Answering phone calls Adding new product listings to our Shopify website and our Etsy store Making website updates Booking shipments for our furniture orders Average between 15 to 20 hours per week, but you can make your own schedule and spread out the hours however you want.
There is potential for this to become a full-time position in the future.
