email protected PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with new client admissions.
Transcribe psychiatric documents.
Proof and track client progress notes.
Complete client chart audits.
Complete foster care filing.
Check Medicaid of clients on a monthly basis.
Review and track medication logs.
Assist and track completion of employee and contractor HR paperwork.
Assist with placement change and discharge paperwork.
Proof-read and edit Comprehensive Behavioral Health Assessments (CBHA's) for accuracy, clarity, and consistency of content and format; correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Handle prescription and pharmacy issues as needed.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to:
photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
EDUCATION AA/BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Thorough knowledge of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules.
Excellent written communication skills.
Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel for the creation and use of spreadsheets including sorting and filtering data, using basic formulas, and creating graphs.
