This position supports and trains under the residentials new construction Project Manager.
Responsibilities include pricing/processing change orders and preparing small project estimates.
Typical duties include:
Read Architectural and Electrical Plans Process field and office generated change orders Prepare quantity takeoffs Understands quantity takeoffs and trade bid lists Estimate materials and labor needed to price a small project Prepare necessary documentation, update reports, maintain job records Develops and maintains relationships with General Contractor staff Make site visits and attend meetings We will train the right person, however, you must have an Electrical background and/or field experience, as well as be proficient on a computer and capable of working across multiple software programs.
Ideal candidate will have:
High School diploma minimum.
Electrical Trade School or College level schooling in related field would be a plus.
