This position demands a dynamic individual with a strong background in retail management, a passion for running, and a strategic mindset to drive the success of our stores.
This position will be responsible for the leadership of 15
stores and growing.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
2.
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple stores, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Implement and maintain operational standards, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
3.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff within the region.
Foster a positive and performance-driven culture that aligns with the brand's values.
4.
Sales and Performance:
Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies for improvement as needed.
5.
Brand Representation:
Uphold and enhance the brand image across all stores within the region.
Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience in alignment with brand standards.
6.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and human resources.
Communicate effectively with corporate leadership to align regional initiatives with overall company goals.
7.
Training and Development:
Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store teams.
Identify talent within the region and contribute to succession planning.
8.
Financial Management:
Manage regional budgets, controlling costs while maximizing profitability.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting for the region.
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably in the specialty running or sports industry.
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Passion for running or a related fitness activity is highly desirable.
