Responsibilities for Rental Coordinator Ensure the security of company assets by qualifying all renters Follow GM rental requirements for reimbursement Report all outstanding car rentals weekly Learn and assist with warranty reimbursements Assist clients with information Follow instructions regarding opening/closing procedures, working out of particular stations and follow the daily game plan Vehicle inventory audit Assign, file, manage rental agreements and vehicle documentation Inspect Rental vehicles at pickup and delivery for damages and document damages.
Courtesy delivery/pickup of vehicles as needed Communicate the Hertz and Enterprise regarding rental vehicles Communicate and organize replacement vehicles for Breakdowns Educate the driver regarding responsibilities of a rental car agreement Deliver vehicles to detail Assist clients with rental process and documents Represent the Company to the general public with positive customer relations Perform other duties as assigned which do not affect the value of the job and as business demands dictate Proudly represent Conley Buick GMC Subaru with your professional appearance, language and behavior Be proud of our brand and the role you play in our success Play an active role in our environment of teamwork and collaboration Build brand loyalty Additional Duties:
deliver PDI books and Keys from Sales/Service to business office hourly Qualifications for Rental Coordinator Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years and be over 18 years of age.
Must be able to work the posted schedule Monday-Friday 8am to 5 pm with 1hr lunch Manage 40
vehicles in our rental fleet Relocation of vehicles around the dealership lot Bilinqual preferred Job Type:
