Responsibilities:
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Facilities Coordinator to support the Bradenton team to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.
This position contributes to the success of Tropicana Brands Group by supervising the day-to-day operations.
This position drives productivity with an emphasis around waste.
Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the mailroom including sorting mail and delivering to whole facility.
Responsible for picking up the mail from the post office.
Responsible for sending mail and packages via UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex.
Responsible for facilities duties such as restocking paper, juice and other supplies as needed.
Managing facilities maintenance (requesting plumbing, etc) Back up on telecoms for conference room.
Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
Basic Job
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with teams at various levels of the organization.
