Responsibilities:
Phone Support:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order placements.
Order Processing:
Take orders over the phone accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into the system efficiently.
Product Recommendations:
Understand customer needs and provide informed recommendations on products that best suit their towing requirements.
Issue Resolution:
Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and product-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, providing updates on orders, shipping, and any relevant information.
Documentation:
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a cohesive customer experience and efficient problem resolution.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a phone-based role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with towing products or hitches is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
