Responsibilities:
Manage Early stage Collections Manage BPO Vendor for customer care and collections Perform Collections activities as needed to resolve unpaid account or delinquent account issues Work with Late state Collections manager for Repossession vendors and track progress Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts Participate in selecting collections vendors Travel to BPO Vendor in Latin America quarterly or as needed Keep records and status of customer's account Ensure all Regulations are followed by the company and its vendors.
Achieve Company delinquency targets Report Collections results
Qualifications:
Previous experience in collections environment managing collectors and or BPO Ability and flexibility to manage near shore/remote agents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Have intermediate Microsoft office skills of excel, word, etc.
Be very organized and systematic Solutions based critical thinking skills.
Work with a team to achieve your objectives Ability to be both a Player AND a Coach.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
