Responsibilities:
Manage Agent's calendar and appointment scheduling Coordinate listings and accurate data entry Communicate with clients and leads Maintain client database and lead follow up Develop marketing materials and plan client events Conduct market research and develop reports Provide excellent customer service that leads to referrals Maintain accurate transaction records and client correspondence Organize and support deadlines for Agent's goals and priorities Develop and maintain systems that support productivity Assist with all budgeting and record-keeping for Agent
