Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will:
Collects and collates data related to clinical quality, operational processes, patient satisfaction, and other areas as assigned Assists with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual P.

reports Maintains clinical outcome data as assigned Maintains clinical process data as assigned Develops spreadsheets and databases necessary for data maintenance High School Graduate or GED required Bachelor's Degree in a related field required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required 2-3 years' experience in a Medical Office setting required Bilingual (Spanish/English) required The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights and the support decision-making process within the organization.
Including tracking, trending, collecting, maintenance and converting into a report.

utilizes appropriate methodologies (charts, graphs) to disseminate information in a user-friendly fashion to be present in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborations such as CPIC and others.
In addition, assists in tracers, licensure and certificate acquisition and maintenance, and employee record keeping.
