They will be responsible for providing support to finance and HR teams, including accounts receivable/small project billings, collections, monthly Draw Request, Prequalifications, Notice to Owners, employee time tracking, tracking employee benefits, and preparing financial reports.
Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience Understands finance and accounting principles Previous experience with benefits administration Excellent Computer Skills - knowledge in numerous software applications.
MS Office Required Experience in the construction industry is a plus Bilingual is a plus Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
