Our partner organization is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in the Bradenton, FL area. As a vital member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional treatment and diagnostic testing services to adult patients within a general outpatient mental health setting. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult patients to determine their mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Provide psychotherapy services to adult patients, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health concerns.
- Administer diagnostic testing and assessments to aid in treatment planning and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and diagnostic assessments, in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programmatic initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing the quality of care delivered.
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Social Work, or closely related field, from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy services to adult clients.
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Commitment to cultural competence and providing culturally responsive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice, including HIPAA regulations.
