Answer phones and relay messages Schedule appointments Check in patients and verify insurance Check out patients and collect money Assist the doctor with any additional tasks Schedule referrals from other doctors Minimum requirements:
Strong computer and typing skills Ability to operate a copy machine, fax machine, scanner, multi-line phone system Must be friendly, accommodating to patients Organized Must be a team player Someone who is motivated and eager to learn new tasks Must be vaccinated against Covid-19 We will provide the necessary training required to perform the job If you are interested in this position, please apply in person.
