Front Desk Receptionist+Sales Associate Bradenton Spa is looking for a friendly and organised person to join our team.
As the initial point of contact for customers, the ideal candidate will provide excellent service, promote and sell our treatments, and ensure that the front desk operates efficiently.
Key
Responsibilities:
-Greeting visitors and clients -Answering incoming phone calls -Managing appointments and scheduling reservations -Promoting and selling products and treatments on the receptionist sales listing, meeting sales targets and goals -Responding to inquiries and providing information to clients -Processing payments, and maintaining accurate sales records -Maintaining a tidy and organised front desk area -Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role -Excellent communication and time management skills -Proficiency in basic computer applications -Strong data entry and typing skills -Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environment -Skills to prioritize tasks and effectively manage calendars Job Type:
