5K a year Greenbriar Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 79-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking to hire a Part-time RN Weekend Supervisor to join our team! This position requires a 7am-7pm schedule.
As a RN Weekend Supervisor, you will supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the Facility during your tour of duty.
The Supervisor job functions include:
Direct and coordinate the nursing units under their supervision.
Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care.
Evaluate care and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements.
Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities.
Act as an interface between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations Job Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program.
Must possess and maintain a current Florida state license as a Registered Nurse.
Previous RN experience in Long Term Care is highly preferred.
Previous Long Term Care Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
