This is a fast paced work environment where you spend a lot of time on your feet and you are working closely with other team members to make ice cream, prepare ingredients, clean equipment, set-up and tear-down the production facility.

Job Duties - Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes to create ice cream base - Operate ice cream production equipment, including mixers, freezers, and packaging machines - Monitor and adjust temperatures, mixing times, and ingredient quantities to ensure product quality - Follow food safety protocols, including sanitizing work areas and equipment - Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to maintain product safety - Maintain accurate records of production activities and ingredient usage - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing ingredients - Package finished ice cream products in appropriate containers - Clean and maintain production equipment and work area Job Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Shift Times & Schedule Mon - Fri (4x10 hour days) 5a - 3p 6a - 4p 8a - 6p If this sounds exciting to you, we would love to hear from you!
