Associate Attorney

Our client, a growing law firm located in Downtown, is seeking an Associate Attorney, to join our winning team in Bradenton.
Our candidate of choice will bring a background in Business Law, Real Estate or Estate Planning. There are opportunities for extensive client contact, team interaction, and learning new areas of law and continuing education opportunities.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on business and legal transactions
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Familiarity with various legal documents
Courtroom experience is preferred.
Must be able to work effectively in a team atmosphere.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy working in a team atmosphere
