ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Manage day to day operations to achieve business objectives and goals, including:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Manage hourly workforce
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to apply and develop high performance work systems
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Able to work any shift on a rotational basis
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Provide weekend coverage as needed (shared responsibility)
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Maintain a healthy, effective working relationship with the local union
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organization
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Administer company policies, procedures, and the collective bargaining agreement within the department
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Monitor product quality and sanitation to ensure company standards are maintained
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Coordinate with appropriate company agencies, other departments and outside vendors as needed on intra department issues
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Maintain and communicate the operational performance, i.e. reliability, juice yield, etc., of the department
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Coach and develop all employees to achieve superior performance and enhance personal growth and development
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ensure appropriate resources are involved to resolve issues as they arise
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Actively lead and participate in Safety to deliver company objectives and goals (Department, Plant Safety, Steering Committee, Ergo, etc.)
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Identify gaps in performance, investigate root cause effectively and efficiently and implement counter measures to eliminate recurrence
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Develop and implement daily management systems (base business processes) as needed to ensure stability in daily operations and corresponding results
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Assumes other responsibilities and performs special functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
Education: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
Experience: Three to five years production management experience in a manufacturing or related field in a consumer product manufacturing environment, preferably food or beverage.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
