We seek candidates with a strong understanding of IDN, ACO, teaching institution, hospital, and federal account business models for the role of Hospital District Sales Manager. In this role you will serve as a first-line leader with primary responsibility for training, coaching, and developing Hospital Account Representatives. You will be responsible for achieving assigned district business objectives / sales goals and for translating all dimensions of national marketing plans and strategies into effective sales opportunities to be carried out by their assigned district. You will work cross functionally in developing business plans for their geographies as well as participating in the formulation of area strategy and programs. You will promote and foster a high performance culture and an environment where people are encouraged to do their best work.
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in business, science or marketing and three (3) or more years of sales management experience in a pharma/biotech setting. Must have strong hospital business acumen as strong preference will be given to candidates with previous hospital/LTC experience. Must have a strong understanding of IDN, ACO, teaching institution, hospital, and federal account business models. Must understand the impact that formularies/protocols/pathways have on the delivery and continuum of care as well as how to establish responsible products/offerings within hospitals. Must be able to identify and build mutually beneficial relationships with varied key stakeholders.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
