Part Time Office Assistant

30 year old, busy Leak Detection company looking to find a Part Time Office Assistant to join our team.
This position will be Part Time (3 days a week, 25-30 hours/week on average) and applicant must be available to work every Saturday.
Applicant must possess a strong skill for organization, multi-tasking, time-management and a flexible availability. The right person will have a customer service background, outgoing personality and a positive attitude. Knowledge of Leak Detection not necessary; we will train the right person!
Job duties will include but not limited to:
o Answering Phones
o Job intake
o Scheduling
o Data entry
o Filing
o Other various Administrative Tasks
MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Microsoft Access experience is a plus.
Qualifications Include:
o Valid Driver's License
o Must be able to pass a background test
o Professional appearance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
