We are a full-service, residential plumbing company that generates calls all year long to our professional service technicians. We operate on two different schedules, 8am-5pm and 11am-8pm. Being on-call only happens 2 or 3 weekdays and one weekend out of the month! We pay you according to how well you solve the homeowner's plumbing challenges. KEEP IN MIND, there are NO QUOTAS that you have to maintain in order to work here! We just want positive, hard-working, professional plumbers that are great at what they do.

You would be having to repair/replace all types of different problems: garbage disposals, water heaters (includes electric, gas, gas-tankless, low-boys, hybrid, solar), interior leaks, sewers, jet jobs, stoppages, insta-hots, well pumps, repipes, yard leaks, clean-outs, toilets, kitchen and bathroom faucets/fixtures, gas piping, water conditioning, etc, etc. you will need your basic and specialty hand tools and MAPP gas torch head; we provide all the heavier equipment on the truck you get to take home.
Our trucks come fully stocked, with our own in-house parts distributor and parts manager, parts runners, and inventory management software. You will receive an iPad and work phone to read up on call history and debrief with our dispatchers. We also have Straightforward Pricing for our customers so there is no confusion on how you are to price the job and give options when you are at the call. IF YOU QUALIFY AND ARE HIRED, you will be in a two-week hourly training program to see how we run our calls and become trained on our policies and procedures. No, we cannot train you technically for the job. You must have at least 2 to 3 years experience being dispatched out to homeowners and presenting options to them. Our benefits include:

In order to qualify you, we will first have you fill out an application, run a background check, and do a driving record check that looks back five years for our insurance. If those look good, we will then call you and have you come talk to our service manager. If it is still going well, we will send you off for a drug test. After that, you can do a voluntary ride-a-long to see if it is for you. Then we will go from there! Thank you for your time!


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
