The Restaurant Manager would provide support to the upper level management during the daily operations, as well as, managing shifts to ensure company standards are maintained. The Manager would also assist in the interviewing, hiring, development, supervision and monitoring of all team members. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, this person may complete other duties as assigned to advance a particular project or resolve a business issue.
We have an immediate need for a Restaurant Manager for our location in Bradenton, Florida. Candidates should have:

years of current Full Service Restaurant Management experience
A stable work history; no more than two jobs in the previous five years
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to build sales and rapport in the community
