Deliver exceptional, specific role based human capital services meeting TriNet's best practice standards and client contractual specifications while achieving service quality and client retention targets.
Human Capital Specialists help TriNet's emerging clients maximize the value of their investment in people by providing human capital services.
Duties and Responsibilities - Deliver timely and valuable human resource services, new client onboarding and employee orientation services and on-demand services to clients utilizing TriNet's service model, templates, resources and product suite, in accordance with company guidelines, standards and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Serves as client advocate within TriNet to identify and resolve or escalate, as needed, product and service issues detracting from an optimal client experience.
- Builds TriNet capabilities and expands human resource knowledge, and experience, by participating in professional development, training and mentoring opportunities.
- Ensures proper triage and escalation and effective resolution of complicated human resource issues and challenging client interactions and expands capabilities by escalating to subject matter experts.
- Provide value-added human capital services with client executives to ensure client retention including delivery of new client orientation and Human Capital Best Practice Guide.
- Provide inbound service delivery to clients by answering first line client calls related to Human Resources and client service questions and needs.
- Provide administrative/operations support for Human Capital Colleagues including, but not limited to compliance notices such as WTPA, RIFs, Client Service Metrics Data, Service Orders, Client Status Changes, HR101 materials, HR Insight Business Intelligence Data, Census and other HR Reporting, Policy Uploads/Changes, Client System Termination Updates and Notices, Handbook / Policy Comparison and additional back up support during peak periods.
Minimum
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and ability to apply excellent client service skills - Knowledge of compliant and best HR practices - Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - College degree preferred - Professional Designations/Certifications:
SHRM PHR and/or college-level HR Course Certification highly desired.

Experience:
1 year Non-Exempt level Human Resources generalist and/or specialist experience required.
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be substituted.
- Mathematical Skills:
Basic skills to effectively and efficiently perform mathematical computation for pricing and conducting data analysis required - Computer Skills:
Ability to operate a personal computer to accomplish work and leverage technology to gain efficiencies required.
Must be familiar and proficient with basic desktop applications including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
Skill with PowerPoint application desired.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
