Our national agency specializes in the sale of boutique life insurance products designed to protect mortgages for the families with average income and health. We are need of new agents to properly serve our ever-expanding lead/response base. The mortgage market is surging with data due to refinance activity. Our company has relationships with 3 national lead vendors who have years of experience in direct mail. We use professionally designed letters that are sent to people with who have purchased a new home or refinanced a mortgage. We are receiving numerous responses from homeowners all over the country each day.
These are middle class families who would like us to show them options for mortgage life insurance that will pay the mortgage in the event of a death. Disability benefits pay the mortgage payment if the insured becomes disabled. Critical illness benefits provide lump sum cash if needed. Additionally there is a cash back option that refunds all premium paid in if the insured does not die during the term of coverage. The homeowners give us a lot of personal information on the lead such as height, weight, home number, cell number, who to call, and when to call. We like call these RPC's or ready to purchase consumers! Fresh, high quality, direct mail responders is the gold mine of insurance sales today. Clients in this market don't like to be sold but they love to buy.
Your job is to contact the call these families to schedule a time to visit with them to qualify the homeowner for coverage that meets their needs, and budget. Our unique tie down system yields a sale on 7 out of 10 visits. Bilingual agents will find an even larger market.
CARRIERS:
Our Elite 8 top rated insurance companies we work with are household names and we have lot of clout with them. Our sales force benefits from having proprietary products unique to our distribution. We have non-medical policies (no exam/blood work/medical records required) available from most of our carriers, so about 85-90% of what we sell actually results in an issued policy, and we are paid very quickly for our efforts.
PRODUCTS:
Our core product mix consists of Term & Basic UL, IUL, as well as Final Expense/High Risk. We also have standalone disability, AD&D, a wide range of Fixed Indexed Annuities, Indexed Universal Life, Tax Free Retirement options, children's policies, and more to meet individualized needs. We can even write HIV
and recent cancer survivors on a NON-MEDICAL. The entree to these add on products is to first solve the mortgage insurance need.
COMPENSATION:
This combination of ready-to-buy clients and non-medical jet issue products puts our agents in a very unique position to make a good living immediately with daily pay. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium. Qualified agents start out earning 80% commission on first year premium. We advance first year commissions for your benefit. Full-time or part- time positions are available.

UP SELLS/REFERRALS:
Many families we sell insurance to then allow us to show them other products to help meet needs such as risk-free retirement planning, often with much higher commissions. Our referral and up sell system is very extensive.
TRAINING & ADVANCEMENT:
Agents are strongly encouraged move on to management, and extensive training and mentoring is provided both for sales and leadership. Persons demonstrating proper attitude and work ethic will have the opportunity for personal mentoring by a mufti-year top-10 producer who has successfully developed other top 10 producers to date. Our company is headed up by a legend in the insurance industry. He has helped a ton of people become successful in the insurance business. NOT LICENSED? We can help! Becoming a life & disability agent requires passing a test. The Department of Insurance and the insurance companies will run criminal background checks, and bad credit will be a challenge with some insurance companies (but not insurmountable in most cases). Licensing generally takes 1-2 weeks.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job.
