Summary:
Coordinates activities to all OneBlood's blood recruitment programs in order to attain pre-set production goals for each zone. Assists Collection Area to also meet preset production goals at the end of each month.

oRecruits, develops, organizes and manages blood drive accounts in assigned territory.
oAccountable for attaining pre-set production goals each month and for planning and running all blood drives efficiently. Must consistently be booked to goal two months out from current month. Acts as liaison between blood drive chairpersons and blood center.
oRepresents blood center at community involvement events (Chamber of Commerce, business associations, etc.).
oEffectively utilizes Hemasphere software.
Coordinates scheduling details with other blood center departments.

EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
oAbility to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
oAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
oAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
oAbility to speak, write, read, and understand English.
oAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

oAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
oAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Functions are regularly performed inside and/or outside with potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances. Performance of this job could expose the employee to blood-borne pathogens. Employee will experience close/small work spaces on mobile unit buses. Vibration and motion are common on mobile unit buses. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
