This is a full time position available at our Corporate Offices in Bradenton, FL, requiring a broad depth of abilities and offering opportunity for growth.
ECommerce Analyst Function:
As an eCommerce Analyst the scope of the role will include merchandising and managing online category inventory, contributing to budgeted sales, gross margin, and growing market share within assigned categories.
As part of the eCommerce team, there will be collaboration with Planners, Buying Offices, eCommerce Merchandisers, and eCommerce Production.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
Strategic & Technical:
Execute eCommerce Merchandise goals to maximize and drive growth & investment across sites Evaluate sales records and inventory levels of current stock Analyze relevant data and incorporate findings and recommendations into Category Plans Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current competition; search out new competitive opportunities and make recommendations.
Tactical & Production:
Allocate eCommerce inventory for multiple merchandise divisions across multiple sites Build and maintain relationships based on thorough planning, timely and professional communication, and intelligent problem-solving with internal partners Prioritize business demands to meet deadlines Direct workflow for the team, ensure effective execution and drive operational efficiency Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of basic retail calculations Experience in a retail organization or in an analytical, merchandising, or buying position Online buying experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Experience:
Experience and understanding of the merchandising lifecycle and production within a retail environment Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Extremely organized and highly collaborative Thrives in an adaptive environment and responds well to time critical requests Ability to work in a fast pace retail environment Work
Experience:
1-3 years Degree requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Management or equivalent Communication Skills:
Strong relationship-building skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Physical Demands:
Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job duties Must be able to sit 95% of the day to perform the essential job duties Must have full body rotation (i.

) Must be able to lift at least 20lbs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
